  • The product is unused and in its original, unopened packaging
  • The return is requested within 30 days of delivery
  • The product is not damaged due to customer mishandling
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products (for health and safety reasons)
  • Products returned after 30 days from delivery
  • Products purchased during clearance sales (unless defective)
  • Products damaged by the customer

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return
  3. Wait for our team to review your request and provide return instructions
  4. Once approved, ship the product to the address provided
  5. Include all original packaging and documentation

Please do not ship products back without first contacting us and receiving approval.

4. Return Shipping

4.1 Customer-Initiated Returns

For returns due to change of mind or other non-defect reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

4.2 Defective or Incorrect Products

If you received a defective or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us immediately upon discovery of the issue.

4.3 Shipping Recommendations

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

5. Refund Process

5.1 Inspection

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the product to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. This process typically takes 3-5 business days.

5.2 Refund Approval

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive an email notification when the refund is processed.

5.3 Refund Timeline

Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Bank Transfers: 5-10 business days

5.4 Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, partial refunds may be granted:

  • Products with signs of use or damage not caused during shipping
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Products returned after 30 days but within 60 days (at our discretion)

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide photos of the damage or defect
  3. Include photos of the packaging if damage occurred during shipping
  4. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund

Please retain all packaging materials until your claim is resolved.

8. Cancellations

8.1 Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return process.

8.2 Cancellation Refunds

Cancelled orders will be refunded in full to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

9. Consumer Rights

This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) or the Fair Trading Act 1986 (FTA) (New Zealand). The CGA sets guarantees that goods must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description, among other guarantees. The FTA prohibits misleading or deceptive conduct and false representations. If a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee or applicable FTA standards, you may be entitled to remedies (repair, replacement, or refund) beyond those outlined in this voluntary policy.

For consumers in the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, under the Consumer Rights Directive, in addition to local consumer laws.

If you are not satisfied with our resolution of your return or refund request, please contact us to discuss the matter further. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. Depending on the nature and value of the dispute, you may also consider the Disputes Tribunal of New Zealand or other avenues available under New Zealand law.
